Holistic & Sports Massage

We have exciting news to share! Harvey, our eldest, is joining the family business as our new Massage therapist.

Growing up in a chiropractic family has given Harvey an incredible insight into how the body works on many levels, which also brings a distinctive touch to his Holistic & Sports Massage Therapy.

As well as providing this amazing service, we are also very proud to announce that, working closely with Rowen, Harvey is now part of a team that already embraces a bespoke chiropractic approach. He will be able to enrich our existing patients’ course of care by ensuring that each massage session is intricately tailored to complement and enhance their chiropractic adjustments.  So whether they are getting ready for a sporting event, recovering from an injury, or rehabilitating from a chronic pain syndrome, a tailored soft tissue approach addressing superficial and/or deep myofascial tension as well as scar tissue areas, often provides a powerful approach to the healing process.

Holistic massage is a therapeutic approach that considers the whole person, focusing on physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.  It involves using various massage techniques to promote relaxation, reduce stress, alleviate muscle tension, and enhance overall health and vitality. The goal is to restore balance and harmony within the body and mind

Sports Massage Therapy is specifically tailored to the needs of athletes and active individuals. It is designed to help reduce muscle tension and improve flexibility and overall performance. Sports massage can also help athletes recover from injuries and reduce the risk of further injuries.
